The Valvoline Cummins Pvt. Ltd. Muskaan Scholarship is a CSR initiative aimed at providing financial support to children from underprivileged sections of society. The scholarship helps students continue their education by reducing financial barriers and enabling access to opportunities that they might not otherwise receive. In addition to financial assistance, scholarship awardees are mentored by company employees who dedicate their time to guiding and supporting students in various aspects of life and personal development.
To continue supporting the education of underprivileged children, the programme is extending support to 1,200 students this year. Since the inception of the programme, more than 5,700 scholarships have been distributed. As part of its continued commitment to students’ education and holistic development, Valvoline Cummins Pvt. Ltd. has also distributed laptops and tablets to Muskaan scholars who demonstrated exemplary academic performance

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must currently be studying in Grades 9 to 12.
Applicants must have scored above 60% in their previous class to be eligible.
The applicant’s parent must be a driver or mechanic, or the family income should be less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
Applicants must be domiciled in the western and northern states and union territories of India, including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Chandigarh, Ladakh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
Children of employees of Valvoline Cummins Pvt. Ltd. and its implementation partners are not eligible to apply.

Shortlisted students will be contacted for an online/offline interview.
Intimation to selected students will be provided through phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Benefits
Selected students will receive a scholarship amount of up to INR 12,000 to cover school fees, uniform cost, books, and study materials.
Selected students of Classes 11 and 12 will also receive mentorship and career guidance support.
Students demonstrating exemplary academic performance during the current year will receive awards.
Students pursuing engineering after Class 12 will receive a full scholarship covering tuition fees and examination fees. Note - Only 5 scholars will be selected based on an aptitude test.
